Pallet Feeder
The pallet feeding module supports two types of pallets: Euro and industrial.
An automatic pallet magazine adjustment system guarantees smooth and collision-free operation, while the scissor-type pallet separation mechanism efficiently separates pallets of different dimensional tolerances.
Pallet stack lifting is performed using a GALA chain drive, allowing for the smooth release of a single pallet. Additionally, the feeder is equipped with a conveyor that transports the pallet forward, ensuring a continuous process.
Palletizing Hopper (Forming Basket)
The palletizing module features an automatic two-stage adjustment mechanism, enabling flexible bag stacking on both types of pallets. The open positioning structure ensures precise bag placement, while the GALA chain drive accurately positions the pallet for stacking.
Thanks to a well-thought-out design, the operator does not need to manually reconfigure the system when changing the pallet type. The positioning mechanism allows smooth movement between the lowest and highest stacking points at a speed of 1.7 meters per 5 seconds, enhancing process efficiency.
The fully stacked pallet is automatically transported out of the system using a built-in conveyor.
Paper and Plastic Interlayer Feeder
This module is responsible for the precise production and application of paper or plastic interlayers. The system allows for length adjustment of the interlayer, with parameters controlled directly from the Control Panel.
The feeder is fully integrated with the Palletizing Hopper, enabling automatic placement of interlayers between bag layers, increasing the stability of the stack.
Conveyor System
The conveyor system ensures smooth pallet and bag flow at all stages of the palletizing process, from empty pallet feeding to the final load discharge.
