Fully automatic rewinder KRAM APU is designed to covert catering rolls: aluminum foil, cling film and optionally baking paper. External diameter depends on customer’s needs. Rewinder may works on 3 shifts, doesn’t matter if you product is catering or household rolls. Number of spindles in turret system depends on the expected output diameter which can be 3,15 inch.
Easy and operator friendly performance of the rewinder make all operation as changing the width of converted materials as simple as possible. All alarms or settings may be done from touch control panel which is located on side of rewinder and on moveable arm that assure full control of converting process whenever operator stands.
Most important functions are placed on both sides of rewinder’s cabinet so you can easily change the length of the film, pressure or speed. Machine may be upgraded for shrinking device or cartooning machine. Rewinder is equipped with labeling module.
