Stretch film slitter rewinder

Automatic rewinder for converting PE stretch film and PVC film; cling & stretch from 7,5 μm up to 35 μm. Solid construction assure continuous work with top speed 1400 m/min. Together with construction multi V-belt minimalize vibrations too minimum. Equipped with multi sensors, simple control panel makes daily
operations on machine very friendly. Rewinder works continuously even with thin cores.
Perfectly works both with hand rolls and machine rolls (up to 18 kg), at the same time and in automatic mode. Thin paper cores be aware Bi-Turbo is coming.
Ergonomic and very friendly for the operator construction gives you more opportunities in rewinding, as slitting system for mini rolls, making double edge in thickness of stretch film or rewinding machine rolls up to 240 mm outer diameter. Rewinder gives you opportunity to rewind cast and blown stretch film. Core takers are compatible to work with various quality and thickness of paper cores.
