A sauerkraut filling machine designed for use in the sauerkraut packaging process. It can be used as part of automated sauerkraut production lines. The device can operate in either automatic or semi-automatic (manual) mode. The sauerkraut filling machine is equipped with a conveyor that feeds the product into the main tank. The process is automatically stopped by a built-in filling sensor.
The conveyor feeding the sauerkraut also has a tank for draining excess brine, which is then pumped directly into the dosing tank.
