Double Bucket denester

The “Double” buckets denester station with a vertical magazine is characterized by a friendly and ergonomic design that facilitates handling even to less experienced operators. The device can be used as a complementary element of entire processing lines. The system of horizontal exit of the collected bucket allows you to connect and program the bucket denester to the stepper transporter and conveyor with continuous operation. The bucket denester has a friendly system for changing the tooling for a different type of packaging (replaceable base module for another bucket). The replacement time of the module takes about 10 minutes. The bucket denester is equipped with a bucket level sensor in the magazine, signaling to the operators that there are no buckets in the module. In addition, the system has been equipped with a sensor informing the operator about incorrect bucket pickup (blocking the packaging in the tray) The bucekt denester has smooth regulation of the feed speed of buckets. The use of the “Double” system enables the feeding of buckets with very high efficiency (2400 buckets/h). Most often used in automatic or semi-automatic lines for packaging products in buckets.
