Coreless rewinder for stretch and pre stretch – Kram PBT PRS COMBO

Automatic rewinding line Type PBT-218 COMBO is a device for rewinding Stretch PE, PRE STRETCH, PE Cling, PVC films with a thickness of 6 to 30 µ coreless and with paper cores. This is what distinguishes the PBT-218 COMBO from competing devices is its versatility, which consists of many additional tools that allow you to perform the following processes:
– Edge folding system for Pre Stretch foil and Stretch PE foil,

– Mini wrap slitting module for tube and tubeless foil,

– Tube foil winding system,

– Tray for automatic feeding of hand, machine and mini-rap sleeves,

– JOG system enabling easy pulling of the tape between the distribution rollers,

– Easy JUMBO roll installation system (mechanical lift),

– Central bearing lubrication system (lubrication of the main bearings of the winding-unwinding shafts is automatic).

The innovative coreless winding system eliminates unnecessary waste such as cardboard cores. The device is equipped with intelligent servo drives that allow you to adjust the tensions directly from the control panel (electronic gear mechanism). The electronic gear system used allows full control of the film tension during the winding cycle. The winding system in the device is two-functional, i.e.
• Contact system used in rewinding the film onto sleeves.
• Innovative system for rewinding coreless film Stretch PE, Pre Stretch, PE Cling, PVC Cling. The use of such a system makes it possible to easily adjust the method of winding the coil or film thickness. This arrangement will allow you to increase the winding adjusted to the given diameter of the roll. It is used especially in the winding of Pre Stretch film in order to calibrate the allowance for material shrinkage.
For contact winding and coreless winding, an innovative clamping system controlled by synchronous servo drives was used, enabling a quick transition from contact winding to slotted winding.
Optionally, the device can wind in a sleeve system. For this purpose, a bobbin hopper and a replacement set of expansion shafts would be additionally installed on the device (refitting the turntable with an additional set of expansion rollers).
An additional advantage of the rewinding line is an easy way to switch between different types of winding (change of tube winding to tubeless) by clicking on the appropriate option in the Control Panel.
All processes can be individually adapted to each type of film.
The device has a system of sensors controlling the winding process (detection of the end of the Jumbo, film tearing and winding the film on the active rollers, sensors for the lack of bobbins, sensors for the presence of a sleeve on the expansion rollers).

The solutions used for rewinding the film without tubes have been submitted to the patent office.
