Bucket sealing lid closing machine KRAM JEW ZAWORY is fully automatic technological line designed for closing and sealing buckets with thermoforming films and special valves which releases gases generated into the product. Mainly used with sauerkraut or pickled cucumbers but no only. Line consists or may consists of the following modules:
Buckets de-nester; dosing unit for the product; module for pressing the product, module for filling sauce / marinate, module for sealing valves, sealing head for buckets, lid de-nester, closing machine or labeling device. Two types of sealing possible: “on flat” and “thermal inwards”. Easily and friendly for operator way of exchanging sealing head.
