KRAM PSTG BI TURBO

The KRAM PSTG is a high-performance, fully automatic rewinding machine designed for the production of hand rolls, mini rolls, and extended-core mini rolls (“grenade” type). The machine provides a fully automated rewinding process, ensuring outstanding product quality, excellent winding consistency, and repeatable production results.

The machine features an innovative two-stage winding system, which guarantees exceptionally precise roll formation. This technology produces perfectly smooth rolls without wrinkles or other defects that could affect the final product quality.

An intelligent core feeding system, driven by a servo-controlled linear actuator, accurately positions the cores on the expanding shafts in relation to the slit film. This ensures maximum process precision and stable machine operation.

The rewinding system is based on an electronic gearing system with integrated web tension control, allowing the machine to process a wide range of film materials, including winding on ultra-thin cores. Continuous web tension control ensures consistently high winding quality regardless of production parameters.

The advanced control system allows operators to save and quickly recall production recipes. Its intuitive HMI enables fast switching between stored settings, significantly reducing changeover time and increasing overall production efficiency.

As standard, the KRAM PSTG is equipped with a comprehensive set of process monitoring sensors, interchangeable modules for various mini roll sizes, and a jumbo roll loading system capable of picking rolls directly from a pallet. These features make the KRAM PSTG a complete solution for modern converting lines requiring high productivity, flexibility, and reliable performance.
