Fully automatic machine Kram PBT is design to reind stretch and cling film with cores and without cores. Rewinder is equipped with 2 servo drives which assure the tension control during rewinding process. The two-function winding system used in the rewinder: contact and slot. For contact and slot winding, an innovative pressure system was used, controlled by synchronous drives, enabling a quick transition from contact to slot winding. Optionally, the device may rewind the conventional stretch with paper cores. For this purpose, the device will be additionally equipped with a paper core’s hopper and a replacement set of expanding rollers ( conversion of the turntable into an additional set of expanding shafts).
