KRAM Domi is fully automatic one line bucket sealer designed for closing and sealing buckets with thermoforming films. Widely used in many industrial branches (bakery industry, fired apples, fruit preserves, jam, fish, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, paints, sauerkraut, spices, etc.).
Buckets de-nester placed bucket on the conveyor. Packaging product into bucket: sterilization of bucket, film and lid. Filling station. Sealing head which seal and cut the film. Lid de-nester put lids into dosed bucket and place to the closing module.
Gas injection – possible. Module for pressing products before filling the marinate – possible.
Two types of sealing possible: “on flat” and “thermal inwards”. Easily and friendly for operator way of exchanging sealing head.
